3. Hoe lang duurt de verzending van de Vacuüm Pen?

De verzending van de vacuümpen duurt doorgaans tussen de 5 en 20 werkdagen, afhankelijk van het afleveradres en het land van bestemming waar u woont.

Aangezien de vacuümpen is uitgerust met een geïntegreerde accu, gelden er strikte veiligheidsvoorschriften voor het transport. Zendingen met batterijen vereisen extra zorg en controle, wat in sommige gevallen kan leiden tot een iets langere levertijd.

Wij doen er uiteraard alles aan om je bestelling zo snel en veilig mogelijk bij je te bezorgen.

Questions about the shipping of your order

1. Which company will ship my order?

We always ship with your local postal service. Sometimes we ship from our warehouses abroad if our stocks are sold out. Because of this you can sometimes get a tracking number showing that your package is flown in from abroad. We deliver to several countries in Europe.

2. I have not received my package

How annoying for you to hear this. This is not the intention that your order has not arrived. Before you contact us, we recommend that you first check whether your address has been provided correctly during the order. It often happens to us that the customer has forgotten to provide his/her street name. We can still change the address up to 12 hours after your order. Our system will then automatically send the package to the specified address. It is your own responsibility to provide us with the correct contact details. If your order is no longer delivered to you or to one of our department stores as a result, we cannot refund your money, but we can give you a discount as compensation if you want to order the product again.

3. Do you ship on weekends?

No, we do not ship during the weekend and therefore orders placed during the weekend are only processed in our systems from Monday. Sometimes it can unfortunately happen that your order is noticed a little later by our system. Our apologies for this if this has happened.

4. How does the shipping of my order work?

We offer free or premium shipping on all orders, regardless of order amount, via our standard shipping option. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery times vary by product. For questions or support, please contact us by leaving a message in this chat.

5. How long does shipping take?

For all our products, the shipping time of your product is stated at the bottom of the product page. We therefore recommend that you first look at the shipping time of your product before placing an order. This way, you can prevent yourself from being disappointed due to unexpectedly longer shipping times. Know that we always do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

6. What should I do if I have been waiting for my order for more than two weeks?

We understand that it is inconvenient to have to wait longer for your order, and we sincerely apologize for this. In most cases, our packages are delivered within approximately two weeks. However, some products, especially accessories or items with specific shipping requirements, may have a slightly longer delivery time. There are currently a few external factors that may cause delays:

There have recently been strikes in Belgium by the postal and logistics services. This has resulted in orders to Belgian addresses being delayed or temporarily stuck in local sorting centers. Did you order a Vacuum Pen? Then shipping may take a little longer. This pen contains a battery, which means that the package is subject to stricter security measures. As a result, it must first be additionally checked and approved by the local postal sorting center. This process can cause a delay of a few days. Are you concerned or is the delivery really taking an exceptionally long time? Then please feel free to contact us via the yellow button on the left of this page with "contact". We will be happy to look into it personally for you and ensure that you receive clarity about the status of your order.

Questions about payments and returns

1. Why was my payment with Klarna declined?

Klarna independently performs a credit check on your account and past purchases. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this. We then recommend that you use a different payment method or contact Klarna via this link: Click here to go to Klarna

2. How long does it take for my refund to be transferred?

If your return is approved after request and inspection, you can expect your money to be deposited into your account within a maximum of 10 days.

3. What payment methods can I use?

Every payment is always strictly SSL-secured with us.

In Germany you can pay with Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna and PayPal.

In the Netherlands you can pay with iDeal, Klarna, Creditcard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

In Belgium you can pay with Bancontact, Klarna, Creditcard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

1. How do I return an item?

We recommend that you read our Shipping Policy before contacting us. Once you are certain that you are eligible for a return, we recommend that you contact us using the yellow "Contact Us" button on the left side of this page.

2. I am not getting any response to my emails. Why is this?

If you have already sent us a private email, but have not yet received a response, we recommend that you contact us via the contact form. You can do this via the yellow button with the text "contact" on the left of this page. It often happens that messages from our customers end up in our spam. Our apologies for this if we have damaged your trust. This is not our intention.
